At least 15 people have been killed in a shooting at Rob Elementary School in Texas

The gunman was identified as Salvador Ramos, who was thought by police to have acted as a lone wolf shooter.

Officials say Ramos is apparently a resident of the town of Uvalde, located 85 miles west of San Antonio and he was born on May 16, 2004, according to the report. Click2Houston.

“He shot and killed 14 students and one teacher. Mr Ramos, the gunman, was pronounced dead at the scene and was believed to have been killed by response officers, Texas Governor Greg Abbott told a news briefing.

“It is believed he left his car, and entered Robb’s Elementary School with a handgun, and may have had a rifle, but this is not yet confirmed, according to my latest report,” Abbott added.

Another mass shooting hit an American city and young children were again the victims. The news has just broken that Uvalade, Texas can now be added to the growing list of cities that we will never forget is a place where evil has improved and innocent blood has been shed.

Mass shooting at Texas Elementary School kills 14 students and 1 teacher

Fourteen Rob Primary School students and a teacher were killed by a 19-year-old man. Preliminary reports from ABCNews said the gunman entered the school with a handgun and possibly a rifle, but this was not officially confirmed at this time.

The gunman was not killed, but was killed by police. Shortly after 2 p.m., parents were told that all students at the school had been transferred to Sergeant. Willie Dalion Civic Center where they can reunite with their loved ones. Police in Uvalade told a news conference that the dead were in the second, third and fourth classes. According to the Daily Mail, the gunman also shot his own grandmother before he was killed, his condition is currently unknown.

The Houston branch of the ATF is currently investigating the situation in addition to the Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection, and local authorities.
