In April, Steelers quarterback Dwayne Huskins tragically lost his life in South Florida. Dwayne was trying to cross a highway when he collided with a dump truck. Sources said Huskins was in Florida training with teammates and had a fatal accident while returning from a night out.
At the scene, authorities found a female friend in his car who was with him at the last minute. He further revealed that he was crossing the highway in an attempt to find gas for his car. According to TMZ, a medical examination is now shedding more light on the fatal highway accident at night.
Investigators released the results of the medical examination
The report states that Huskins “drank heavily” and at times took ketamine, which led to his tragic death. Her urine tested positive for ketamine and narcotamine, and her blood-alcohol levels at the time of the fatal accident were revealed to be .24.
Investigators further claim that Huskins was involved in a fight that night as well as other details. Huskins’ death was ruled an accident due to multiple blunt force injuries.
