Before the untimely departure of Virgil Abloh, he foresaw one of the most anticipated collaborations of all time.

Virgil brings together its biggest supporters, Nike and Louis Vuitton, for a big collaboration. The collage will see Virgil use Nike’s Air Force One sneakers in collaboration with Louis Vuitton’s iconic monogram print. Over the past few months, we’ve seen celebrities like Odell Beckham Jr., DJ Khaled, and very few resellers play their friends and family.

It makes consumers wonder when they will have the opportunity to own a pair. Previous LV liqueurs have indicated that the shoes will only be offered to top customers through outbound calls to see if they are interested. Today, Louis Vuitton announced that they will have a full release in New York City

From May 21-31, 2022Louis Vuitton and Nike “Air Force 1” exhibition of Virgil Abloh will be held Greenpoint Terminal Warehouse in Brooklyn. Open to the public, the extensive showcase charts the creative dialogue between Nike and Louis Vuitton that Mason’s Men’s Artistic Director Virgil Abloh envisioned for the Spring-Summer 2022 collection before his departure on November 28, 2021. The 47th version of the Nike Air Force 1 sneaker by Virgil Abloh in partnership with Nike for Louis Vuitton will appear in physical and virtual form in submerged spaces reflecting the designer’s creation and presentation domain. Consistent with the exhibition, several similar installations will be performed in New York City and around the world.

The influence and consciousness of Virgil Abloh will live on forever and the installations are just a beginning.
