It’s been almost four years since Mississippi duo Rye Sremurd released their third studio album.
Their last album SR3MM There was a triple album that included the first solo album of both Soe Lee and Slim JXM. Since then, the pair have not been seen together much and rumors have been circulating that the team is no longer together. Soe Lee has a long list of credits for writing a string of successful features and songs, but that doesn’t mean he’s left behind the Slim JXM. Now, the speculation seems to be over as the group has announced that a new album is coming.
What to expect from the group’s fourth album
Although the specific details of the album SREMM4LIFE Behind the scenes, here are a few things we can expect:
Mike-Will-Made-It will definitely have its foot in the album, so expect a hitter in all projects. Soya Lee has been lending grace to artists for half a decade now, and we are sure that those graces will be repaid. One thing we don’t think will be another triple-disc feature follow-up solo album. Hopefully, the album will come out before the end of summer to restore the feeling.
