According to FOX5, Mender made death threats on Instagram under the posts of Sheriff Patrick Labott, his wife Jackie Labott, Atlanta Public Schools Police Chief Ronald Applin, Guinness County Sheriff, Fulton County Clark and several other officers. Investigators have even issued threats with an order to release one of the defendants in the YSL RICO case.

Fulton County Sheriff Labat did not take the teenager’s threat lightly and Mender was arrested May 26.

“We take this kind of shameless threat seriously,” Sheriff Labott said in a statement. “Social media will not protect anyone from cyber bullying, and anyone hiding behind a keyboard from criminal justice. Our investigators are diligent in finding individuals who seek to harm anyone and I am grateful to them for ensuring the safety of me, my wife and all citizens of Fulton County. “

Mender now faces 23 terrorist threats, all of which are considered crimes. He will remain in Fulton County Jail without bond.
