Memorial Day is upon us and we’ve got your drink guide to keep guests pre-busy and out of your way when you grill your heart out. There is something for everyone, even those who really drink and those who hate the taste of alcohol.
Watermelon Hennyrita
Materials
1 1/2 oz Hennessy
1 1/2 oz watermelon ripening
1 oz. Triple seconds
1 oz. Lemonade
Method
Add ice, henna, watermelon ripening, triple sec and lime juice to the glass and shake well.
Sift the mixture over the ice and garnish with a watermelon slice.

Materials
1.5 oz Bombay Sapphire Gene
0.5 oz real pineapple puree
0.5 ounces lemon juice
0.5 oz honey syrup 1: 1
5 oz Fever-Tree Indian Tonic
Method: Make ingredients in a balloon glass with fresh cold draft ice. Garnish with two pineapple leaves and a few pieces of jalapeno in the drink.

+ Lemon wheel
Method: Rinse the wine glass with Martini and Rossi Sweet Vermouth. Make in a wine glass on top of thick ice. Garnish with lemon wheels.

1 z oz DeLeon Añejo
Tequila
Z oz orange blossom
Sweet syrup
3 dash smoked apricots

Method
Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass with ice. Stir vigorously until cool. Sift over a large ice cube in a glass. Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Garnish with an orange peel and a branded cherry. Glassware: Rock

Dilion White Peach Mango Margarita
Materials
1 ½ oz – DeLeon Blanco Tequila
1 ounce – Peach puree
8 ounces – mango puree
½ oz – Fresh lime juice
½ oz – Fresh lemon juice
Z oz – Agave Nectar Syrup
Method
Rimrocks filled with glass and ice. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a rimmed glass filled with ice. Garnish with a lime wheel and fresh peach slices.

Southern Charma Cocktail
Materials:
1 ½ Part D’USSÉ VSOP Cognac
2 parts sweet tea
1 part lemonade
Method
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake and pour into a highball glass. Add more ice. Empty into a hybrid glass with a lemon wheel.

Materials:
2 parts D’USSÉ VSOP Cognac
1 tablespoon apricot jam
1⁄2 part fresh lemon juice
1⁄2 part pineapple bush
1 thyme sprig
Top sparkling soda
Method
Mix thyme, lemon juice and pineapple in a shaker. Add apricot jam, D’USSÉ and ice. Shake well and strain into a crushed-ice-filled stone glass. Top with sparkling soda.

Material
1 1/2 oz HH Bespoke vodka
3 1/2 oz grapefruit juice
Recipe
Shake the vodka and grape juice in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a hybrid glass. Enjoy!

Hazelnut Espresso Martini
Materials

1 part sky vodka
1 ½ portion cold brew or espresso
6 parts plain syrup
Method
Pour over ice, shake and strain into a coupe or martini glass. Arrange with 3 complete espresso bins (optional).
