Travis Scott has received another performance-related lawsuit alleging that he was trampled during a Rolling Loud Miami performance in 2019.

Travis Scott is finally coming out of hiding after taking the time to reflect on his deadly Astroworld Festival from 2021. The aftermath of the festival puts Travis and all of his past performances under a microscope where people look down on performers for the same thing. Was previously acclaimed.
According to Rolling Stone, the Houston rapper is now facing another lawsuit for a different performance in 2019. The lawsuit alleges that Travis was trampled during his Rolling Loud Miami performance that year.
“Travis Scott continued his performance despite being consciously and clearly injured, suffocating, losing consciousness, fighting and being trampled by concert attendees when authorities were forced to try to help these injured concertgoers,” read the documents.
“This is another shameless, brutal attempt to attack Travis. Even the allegations make it clear that this incident was related to a shooting mid-shore false report, not entirely related to Travis’ performance. This cheap opportunism is based on a shameless lie Easy. “
Filed three years later, Travis’ legal team is not buying the allegations.
Travis and his legal team already have more than 400 lawsuits in their hands and claim that it has no qualifications and that it is just cash possession.

The lawsuit would be a tough fight, especially with a false shooting report, but Travis’ legal team seems confident about losing the new lawsuit.
