Wendy Williams disagreed with the court’s decision to appoint her financial guardian

Wendy Williams is not too happy to appoint a judge as guardian for her financial management.

In a statement, Wendy’s attorney said she did not want anyone to control her finances.

“Please be advised that Wendy does not agree with the appointment of a financial guardian by the court. Wendy has made it very clear that she does not want a financial guardian to tell her what she can and cannot do with her money, “said Leshan Thomas.

Thomas added that Wendy was “capable” of hiring her team “not in court” to handle her financial affairs. In addition, he claimed that Wells Fargo had leaked the report “in an attempt to reduce public outrage and regulatory scrutiny around the bank.”

Wendy’s appointed guardian was not immediately available for comment. In March, Wendy accused her former manager of using her credit card to hire an attorney. Wendy claims Barney Young is trying to file a lawsuit against her.

Young was applying to be Wendy’s financial guardian. The petition, however, came as a result of allegations that his former financial adviser, Laurie Schiller, was leading Wells Fargo to freeze his accounts. Sheila claimed Wendy was “restless minded” to handle her affairs.

“Wells Fargo has no questions or answers about my money. But that’s not right. And Laurie Schiller and Wells Fargo have this guardianship request to keep me out of the money, “Wendy said in a video. “It’s not fair, and it’s not fair.”

A spokesman for Wells Fargo denied any wrongdoing in the case of Mrs. Williams’ account.
